M-Street is a SELF-CHECK-IN accomodation, which means there is no reception and everything is automated.

We are located in the absolute center of Leuven and breathe Music, Modern Art and Environmentally conscious choices.

We have an elevator to every floor and a spacious disabled room.

There is free WiFi throughout the whole hotel and each room has air conditioning, a minibar (empty), safe, television, iron, ironing board, desk, telephone and hairdryer.

The mattresses, pillows and sheets are anti-allergic, as are the cork floors.

    FAQ

    • After booking, the guest will receive an email 3 days before arrival with the request to check in online.
    • (!) PLEASE NOTE: A ROOM MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE NAME OF THE STAYING GUEST: If you want to book several rooms, you will always have to provide the email address and identity data of the guest who will stay in the room.
    • After the online check-in has taken place, the guest will receive a code for the entrance door and for the room a maximum of one week before arrival.
    • On the day of arrival, the code works from 15:00
    • On the day of departure, the guest can check out until noon (after that the code will no longer work)
    • The contact person can be reached by telephone and e-mail every day from 10:00 to 17:00 for further questions

      Violating this prohibition is subject to fines with a minimum of €150

    • Our hotel is located in the absolute center of Leuven and is above the hotel bar.
      This means that we cannot guarantee complete silence
    • A baby bed is possible, depending on the availability, for a one-off fee of €20

    • There are several car parks within walking distance.
    • The car parks closest to the hotel are Parking Ladeuze and Parking Heilig Hart
    • There are several breakfast places within 50 meters of the hotel

    • Early coffee (every day from 7 am - except on Sundays from 9 am) can be found at Panos City Leuven (Brusselsestraat 4).

    • The tourist tax is separate from the room rate and amounts €3.50 per person per night
    • The room rates depend on the type of room (Cosy, Charming, Deluxe, Junior Suite and Suite)
    • The room rates are calculated per room per night, based on two persons per room
    • It is not possible to place extra beds in the rooms (a baby bed is possible for a one-off fee of €20, depending on the availability)

    • Please check your email address before confirming your reservation.
    • You will always receive a confirmation of your reservation.
    • If you have not received a confirmation, please check your 'Spam Folder' first.
    • Contact us by e-mail if you have not received your confirmation by e-mail and we will be happy to assist you and solve your problem as soon as possible
    • If you cancel less than 7 days before the reservation, 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.
    • If you cancel less than 72 hours before the reservation date or if you do not show up (no-show), 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
    • If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, you will be refunded the total amount minus the transaction costs charged by payment platform Stripe.
    • A cancellation must always be communicated by e-mail and only applies if it is confirmed by us
    • In case of check-out before the planned departure date, you will also be charged for the remaining nights.
    • Adjustments to reservations are possible according to availability and are subject to price changes.
    • In most hotels, credit card details are requested as a guarantee for your reservation in case of late cancellation or 'no show'.
    • If no cancellation insurance is closed, the credit card will be debited in advance.
    • If you wish to make a reservation for a company, we ask you to contact us personally by e-mail or by telephone (every working day between 10:00 and 17:00)
